New Sketchbook!

June  18, 2020 – Day 94 of my quarantine

I am so HAPPY with my new softcover sketchbook from Leda Art Supplies.  I like it much better than my Moleskin. At 160 pages, the Leda offers twice as much space as a Moleskine sketchbook, but the paper is not as heavy as Moleskine’s card stock pages. (It is still heavier than regular Moleskine paper.) The color is a warm off-white, similar to a Moleskine sketchbook. The texture is smooth but slightly less so than Moleskine. It also beats Moleskine on size and affordability. I love the fact that it LAYS FLAT so I’m not constantly fighting to keep it open while sketching.

This sketchbook is a WIN-WIN for me and I’ll be doing more shopping with Leda Art Supplies from now on. You can learn more about them here:

My lessons continue in Industrial Design and as I suspected the lessons get harder with each new chapter. HA! But I love challenging myself this way and it’s yielding lots of new ideas for me on upcoming projects and experiments I want to try.

Sending you all my Love and Light. Stay Safe. Stay Smart. Stay Sane. Stay Strong out there.

Until next time … Here’s Tears for Fears – ‘Woman in Chains’
