Curtailing Further Virtual Work

reality

October is Financial Planning Month, (which serves as a useful, annual checkpoint to make sure you are on track to meet your long-term financial goals.) Since I have quite a backlog of projects in my Real Life art studio I’m going to cease any further  virtual building or product development in Second Life until 2020. I have worked out a financial plan to keep all my virtual businesses open until then and will reassess the situation in January.

To be very honest – I’ve been a builder in SL for over 7 years and have never made any money at it. I did it for my own satisfaction – but a few things have happened there over the last few months that have really left a bad taste in my mouth, including the stalker incident. Thus, I don’t know if I want to continue there at all on any level – but I will give it until January and see.

Until next time …
